He has recently acted for a range of high-profile clients, including AlbaCore Capital, Anchorage Capital, GoldenTree Asset Management, Henderson Park Capital and KKR Asset Management.
Jonathan is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and has written and spoken extensively on areas such as securities regulation, the mezzanine market and the European private equity buyout market. He has been ranked by Chambers UK, Legal 500 and the Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom.

Nigel Heilpern is a partner at Avonhurst. For the last 30 years, he has specialised in real estate law and financing, representing developers, bankers and other institutions in a range of real estate transactions advising real estate opportunity funds and major investment banks on their European real estate investment programs. With experience in complex real estate financing deals, he has advised on equity, banking and restructuring elements of these transactions. Nigel has been a partner in international law firms since 1994, including Nabarro, Fried Frank and King & Spalding.

Laetitia Costa is a dual-qualified partner at Avonhurst. Laetitia has over 17 years' experiences in leveraged finance, debt restructuring transactions and real estate transactions, advising private equity firms, arrangers, funds, family offices, managers and corporations. Before joining Avonhurst, she worked at a range of Magic Circle and City firms and was a partner at Milbank and then Head of Banking & Finance at PwC UK. She advises on all types of senior and subordinated financings for domestic and cross border acquisitions, including bank-bonds transactions, public to private transactions, unitranche, Euro PP, second lien, mezzanine, holdco PIK and investment grade financings. Laetitia is the co-author of the Practitioner Guide to European Leveraged Finance and has been noted as “a key resource on French deals” by Legal 500 UK.
